The Red Brick Bakery & Tea Room does special order cakes for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and many other events! A wide variety of cake sizes are available. We can make yellow, chocolate, white, marble swirl, lemon, coconut, red velvet, brown sugar spice, banana, apple walnut, strawberry swirl, and traditional carrot cake. Our standard icing is an Italian butter cream in a variety of flavors - chocolate, raspberry, almond, orange, lemon, caramel, coffee. Additional icings you can choose include peanut butter, cream cheese, and whipped cream. Fillings like raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, peach, or apricot preserves - chocolate ganache - Bavarian cream and more.
