Bakery

The bakery is open Wed - Sat from 8am to 3pm and Sun from 8am to 1pm. Baked goods, breakfast and lunch are available throughout our regular hours. The space at the Red Brick Bakery & Tea Room is available for special events and private parties. We do event catering and off-site tea party catering, too! Cake orders and special orders for any of our items are welcome.

Cakes
Various Cake Sizes are Available. We can make butter yellow, classic chocolate, wedding white, marble swirl (white/chocolate), citrus white, coconut, strawberry swirl, raspberry swirl, apple walnut, rich red velvet, banana spice (nuts optional), and traditional carrot cake (nuts optional). Icings include traditional Italian buttercream in a variety of flavors: chocolate, raspberry, almond, caramel, strawberry, or citrus. We can also do peanut butter and cream cheese icing. Fillings like raspberry, strawberry, or apricot confiture; chocolate ganache; lemon curd; vanilla pastry cream and more.
